This project aims to simplify and improve the process of cleaning overhead Sintex water tanks. The device is manually operated and designed using lightweight UPVC pipes as the frame. A seat belt mechanism connected to a 5 cm pulley moves a 3D-printed brush holder vertically, covering a cleaning height of 120 cm. The system uses no electricity and relies on simple human-powered rotation to scrub the tank's inner surface. It’s cost-effective, safe, and easy to operate, making it ideal for domestic and rural applications where regular cleaning is necessary but often neglected due to safety or access issues.
