Here is the testing rig for the state challenge - that is available through your state director. A few things to note: The latest files have been uploaded here. There are TWO options. 1 - With USB removed all together - The "Removed" file attached has a 12mm x 4.5mm cutout for a USB male port (any USB cable) to be inserted. It was pointed out by another team that this cutout really shouldn't involve a male USB port but a female receiver, but it's harder to get hands on a female receiver (and model for it in CAD) so if you want to insert your own port (per the recommended instructions) use the CAD attached. The CAD files for the female port are also found here and are simply meant to approximate the location of the USB port to determine whether students' submissions represent an obstruction to plugging in. Students should design their USB plug appropriately, please take into account that printers will vary in resolution and fine feature detail.
