How do you think such a design will work? Spring rods, possibly carbon fiber, slip into the tubes, straightening them. This is how the dome opens. Minimum of moving parts. There is a drive bushing. The bushing is connected to the rods. I'm also thinking about how to form a cone on top of the umbrella. So that the water does not accumulate. PTFE tube ? I'll call this umbrella "LIZA"
