upgrade of 1st version... on this design the manual insertion and twisting of each twistlock on all four corner casting of a container. is totally eliminated. just make a frame the size of the base of the container with guide bars on the sides to help ease the proper placement of the container when lowered. with the locks now placed on all corners of the frame, the container can be lowered in place. as it is being lowered the slidelocks will be inserted in place and with the spring loaded ball bearings now inside the casting. the slidelocks will stick in place as the container is being lifted. the slidelocks are on standby mode at this moment. they will only be locked when stacked on top of another container. the locking device will slide in locked position, when the wedged part contacts with corner casting under it. it is provided with a rod to secure the locks. the rod is activated by push and pull. on my design i also provided ball bearing locks on the bottom part. so they can never go wrong. they can be inserted either way. no top or bottom
