A simple small belt sander I made for low power tasks such as cleaning up the ends of 2020 extrusion. It is designed to work with 3" by 21" belts and is powered by a RS775 DC Motor with a 20 tooth pulley connected using a 250 tooth gt2 belt. Assembled using m4 button head screws for the sides and m4 countersink screws for the motor and pulley cover. Lastly, some m3 screws were used for the shelf. The rollers need regular skateboard bearings (608 RS) and use 5/16" bolts as axles. A 4" long bolt is used at the top and a 5" long bolt is used for the bottom axle. Power is supplied through a 12/24v dc jack at the back and uses a regular power switch that is circular.
