Filter adapter to convert snorkel masks to be used by health care workers in place of N95 respirators to respond to mask shortage during COVID-19 pandemic. The design incorporates two 3D printed pieces that would snap together tightly with a 4"x4" piece of easily sourced HEPA filters cut to size. Potential modifications include printing the bottom piece as two separate pieces to optimize 3D printing. Team 116 project design for Johns Hopkins COVID-19 Design Challenge 2020.
