This solar heater has been designed for cold countries. It detects when the weather is sunny and temperature is enough to get energy to heat the water, in that case it opens the dome. If sometimes temperature decreases or weather is cloudy or windy, the heater is able to close the dome preserving the energy saved and avoiding heat loses due to the isolated cover.
