An abstract shape artistic sculpture which is a Space Alien Stonehenge, astrological calendar or sun dial of some sort. I'm not really sure what to make or think of it as myself. In more practical terms, it could probably serve as an artistic, stylish support for a display piece such as an ornate plate, platter or vase. If you decide to 3D print this, please keep it out of the reach of children and do not place or use it in situations which might pose a risk of injury were accidents to arise since there are some somewhat pointy upward protrusions on this shape which could foreseeably pose a risk of stabbing or impalement if someone were to inadvertently fall or step on it by accident.
