An industry in Pakistan was facing a problem, they have to cut the sharp corners of corrugated packaging sheets in such a way to have a fillet edge at that corner, But with the existing equipment and tools it was'nt possible to cut fillet edge their without the design of a specialized tool. So me with my team performed this project, We started by studying the existing tool briefly and we designed a new tool accordingly which can cut the sharp corner in such a way to have a rounded Shape.
