PREVIEW DOES NOT APPEAR TO BE WORKING This is the first functioning model of our chip separating device. The base of the components has a cutout to affix a weight of sorts to prevent lift and movement as the fluid level rises in the tank. There are also small box cutouts to affix or place magnets. This structure is designed to be as 'flow-through' as possible. That being said, depending on the filter media and layout of said filter media, flow may be very restricted. Also, the method of joining these pieces is likely to be reworked into some sort of dovetail rather than prongs. Our current set up uses 100 micron filter fabric which is double stacked in some places so there is highly restricted flow on ours.
