Please note that the clearances were not adjusted on them. I found them a bit tricky and time consuming to adjust myself, so if you're going to print any of them, make the clearances between 0.015 to 0.020 inch for proper movement. The added scales are as follows: 1. 40% scale 2. 50% scale 3. 70% scale 4. 80% scale 5. 90% scale 6. 130% scale 7. 150% scale A new rendering has been added for a rough size comparison to a CD Tower Case (https://grabcad.com/library/inventor-skills-verbatim-cd-tower-case-1). I do not know how well these will turn out because I cannot print them myself. If anyone has printed one, please let me know so I can make an update. After I saw a few prints both Fathom and https://grabcad.com/trygve.koren-1/about made, I decided to make the necessary adjustments based on the feedback. See added renders for details. Please note that these are full scale files and if rescaled, the clearances should be adjusted accordingly. The clearances given here is .020 inches or 0.635mm between moving parts. I will try to make at least two more sizes to suit your needs. Feel free to download, like, comment and follow this model for more news. ________________________________________________________________________________ This design leverages the unlimited design freedom of 3D printing with the ability to 3D print moving assemblies in a single build. The applications of this hinge may include computer monitor mounts and speaker mounts. This is printed in a single build and cannot be disassembled. However, it can be easily lubricated and serviced. This design can route electrical wires through making for a clean wire free install. If printed with the FDM process, soluble material is required as a support material.
