Spur gear selection, Pressure Angle 20°. Modeled using Equation Driven Curve Sketch. Diametral Pitch System (imperial)(Inches). Method found here: https://gearsolutions.com/features/parametric-geometric-modeling-of-a-spur-gear-using-solidworks/ They are supposed to be exact, but we have not tested them. It would be good to print several in 3D and see how they behave.
