SolidWorks 3D model of Spur Gear that can be converted into a Helical Gear, with changeable Variables/Parameters. To open the "Equation" file, please change the file extension from .txt to .xlsx. How to change variables/parameters: Look in the FeatureManager Design Tree tab. Right-click on Equations -> Manage Equations. To change to helical gear please change the helical angle from 0deg to desired angle(commonly use 15-30 deg). The tooth space used in this model included adding backlash, but if you dont need it(for ideal gear), its easy to correct. At equetion table find Arc Length, then change the value "1" in this colom wih zero. If the gear width not to your liking, just change the equation of Face Width in Equation Manager with number value to your heart desire.
