General Concept: -A drone food delivery system for use in a large arena setting -Requires use a landing platform and a dining tray -Users order and pay with smart handheld device. Relevant Data: General Food Carrying Capacity Data: -3pc 16 oz beverage (each weighs about 473.2 grams) -1-3pc fully laden hot dog in bun (each about 113.4 grams (4oz)) (same for a box of candy) -1-3pc fully laden double hamburger (each about 283.5 grams(10 oz)) Drone Data: Using the DJI Spreading Wings S1000 (@DJI.com) Maximum payload 5.3 Kg (5,300g, 11.6 lbs) This has not been put into production. Note, I had difficultly with SolidWorks handling this complex model. I was only able to place one of three of the Catch/Release landing feet, and not the other components including the gears and drive motor. However the main chassis is in place, as is the food tray. This is a complex part with negative draft in several areas, in particular the main food compartment.
