Hi, Before thinking how to make new parts think about materials and parts that is allready existing. There is lot of useful material in static converter and battery box bodies. So if you use this material right way then you will get rigid frame between two side beams. So basically converter box outside frame has 3 function a) hold all inside parts together b) protect inside elements c) act support beams and connect 2 aluminium side beams. So if you do a little redesigning with battery box bodies, Then you will save all of this 1800EUR and 282kg mass
