As an owner of the original PS4 and soon to be PS5, I've noticed that the standard joysticks that come with the console controller are underwhelming. The durability (of the original PS4) is poor and aren't as ergonomic. For improved performance and control, you'd also have to purchase accessories like detachable thumb grips (which are quite expensive for just a pair). StickUltra is my vision of what a standard console joystick could and should look like. Backed by user tests, prototypes, performance tests, and 4 iterations, StickUltra is just in the beginning stages and continues to improve. New thumb grip designs are being developed so look out for all of those real soon!
