Strongman Yoke made from cheap and inexpensive 75x75x5mm SHS with a sleeve made from 89x89x5 SHS - check fitment of sleeve as it will depend on the steel manufacture whether it will fit. If it doesn't, go down to the next wall thickness down on the sleeve. Empty weight approximately 135kg/298lbs, and can be loaded up to at least 450kg/1000lbs safely. Double 19x100mm/3/4"x4" hitch pins on both sides for easy height adjustment, flip crossbar over to get the 'in between' heights from the 50mm/2" height adjustment holes. Gussets aren't vitally important on the crossbar, but adds a LOT of strength to the yoke.
