Submariner-style Dive Watch Wall Clock – 6× scale, 3D-printed (Fusion 360) · 模型 98733
A working wall clock shaped like a classic dive watch, modeled in Fusion 360 at roughly 6× scale (about 244 mm lug-to-lug) entirely from reference imagery, then 3D printed and finished by hand. Components: case with integrated lugs, rotating bezel with raised numerals and a pearl insert, separate case back, dial with applied indices and text on a curved surface, and a cosmetic snap-fit crown that spins. The project was a precision-modeling study in fine feature work at small scale – circular patterns, raised applied elements and text geometry on curved faces. Designed for FDM printing: the dial prints black and the case prints white, then gets sanded, smoothed and spray-painted gold; the raised lettering is chamfered so a paint marker can pick out the faces cleanly. Lead-in fillets on the dial back and a lead-in chamfer on the case back make assembly repeatable, and finger slants on the case back let you pull it off again. An off-the-shelf DIY wall-clock movement drives the hands. Files: STEP (full assembly), STL (print preview), renders. Modeled by a self-taught Fusion 360 user – feedback welcome.
