Date : Thursday 19 Nov 2020 Time : 12:51pm (File name maybe write as Mesin Tebu = Sugarcane Machine) Location my uncle workshop. I think after the covid hit my country, we had a lockdown. That day I remember accompany him doing some maintenance machine inside his workshop since I am dont have a job. Then there is suddenly one guy park his white van infront of workshop and open his van reardoor. He said, he found an old sugarcane machine burried under soil. I dont which part of earth he dig but damn. The machine is ugly and in terrible state even filled with lot of soil and mud. He even state this machine maybe come from when Japanese occupation of Malaya, its world war 2 while jokingly. He ask us to fix and add a motor to automate it even with a table. He dont pay a lot, just a very basic of pay to cover the material and manpower. So yeah, here the machine is. *even ask to put a fancy cover since some part spin dangerously. So we just put some aluminium plate. *there is even the gear of machine in very a state I am speechless... The design maybe not perfect since I manually caliper it. Feel free to download and fix it as much you want. Also since there is so much part of it, I can afford make it into STEP file only. Extra note : 1. Also to mention the gear ratio not correct, I just put there what I got inside my library. Its not reflect actual irl what we do. 2. Some part of item inside drawing is missing when I open this drawing right now ( April 2026). I list those : * ISO 4017 M8 x 30mm (this bolt you know where to put it inside drawing)(new update, I already fix this) * SKF B-Angular (a very basic of ball bearing you can find) * Caster wheel under those machine frame, feel free to add following your size
