The goal is to maintain the heavy logistics horizontally while transportation in rough terrain. The design consists of two frames, the first frame will hold the S.H.Logistics and the second frame will be able to oscillate up to 20 degrees in both directions by means of 4 hydraulic cylinders and a heavy load oscillating pins. The wheels can rotate 360 degrees to overcome any unexpected obstacles.
