This is a mechanical suspension seat that is available from Toyota dealers as it is the one they use on their fork lift line. It is fairly heavy at 50 pounds but is extremely well built and comfortable given that they only cost around $200 USD. There is a seat belt, back storage compartment, suspension stiffness adjustment, fore are adjustment, and seat back angle adjustment provisions. I use these extensively on off road vehicles.
