Swatter · 模型 240632
A fly got into my house the other day. Like any self-respecting engineer, instead of simply hitting it with a shoe or some similar object, I spent two hours designing and nearly 24 hours printing a fly swatter to go after it with. This design is a bit beefy, but it seems to work pretty well, and I have it set up to be a snap-together assembly, assuming you print it out of PLA Plus. Its tolerances are set up for a Bambu Lab X1C. You'll want to print the handle with the snap geometry oriented up along the Z axis of your printer. For the swatter head and the extension segments, you can print them flat to the bed. That's how I did it, and it seemed to work. I used tree supports for the overhang areas. I like the beefy handle, but some people might like the slim version a bit more. If you use the skinny version, make sure you use supports for the base. It's prone to tipping over as it's a bit top-heavy. During assembly, it takes a large amount of force to get the extensions to snap together. This is by design. So if it's not going, just give it a bit extra umph. However, take care to make sure you're applying the force directly along the central axis of the extension. It can be used on more than just flies, but please refrain from using it on small children or pets. With all of that said, have fun.
