Designed a T-Nut Tombstone Fixture for Horizontal Machining Centers, including a fixture attached to it for another workpiece in my other design. This design allows for quick fixture changes, enabling seamless adaptation to different workpieces, unlike conventional tower fixtures. The goal is to maximize efficiency and versatility in machining operations. However, traditional bolt-hole tombstones provide higher rigidity and stability, making them better suited for heavy-duty machining and precision work. Choosing the right design depends on the balance between flexibility and stability required for the application.
