I made those two profiles in two diferent ways: - one i made with origin at a center of inner round hole; - another i made with an origin at the perimeter corner. I made in few screenshots with highlighted 3D-sketch lines that i used as welding members as an example of how I'm using corner-origined welding profiles to make different non-welded structures. Use trim/extend welding feature to determine how you want to combine profile sides. You can find how to add welding profiles to solidworks guidelines in internet. Like to suport :)
