Well... this little thing... I have no idea how to descibe how it works but it's used for jibsheet, the name: ,,Taftel,, probably comes from german, polish or dutch sailing slang/jargon. My friend asked me to reverse design him a new one as his, originaly made from casted aluminium got worn out. Anyway this is 99% copy of the original so i hope this might be usefull.
