Taipan, antweight suplexer battlebot · 模型 262615
This is Taipan, an antweight (1 pound) battlebot. It has 2 configurations. 1 includes a very thick tpu top plate and a lifter arm, as well as titanium side guards, meant to defend against hammersaws and horizontals. The other, more fun config sacrifices the beefy top plate and side guards to become a suplexer. The chassis and forks are made of tpu, and the other 3d printed parts are made from pla+ (yes, this includes the top plates because this build is somewhat strapped for weight). The "weapons" are powered by a Just Cuz servo. The suplexer is held together by an m4x30 and an m6x20 bolt. Feel free to use and modify this design, but please do not sell it without my permission. This bot took 2nd place at Battle in the Burg 2024, and I had a ton of fun with it. I'm currently working on a newer version with 4 wheel drive and a ton of upgrades, however I don't plan to make that design available here. Enjoy some suplexing chaos!
