Tank for phosphating parts;Phosphating based on zinc phosphate; phosphate based on manganese phosphate. Phosphating is achieved by immersing the pieces placed in baskets / drums / devices within a flow comprising: degreasing; etching; phosphating; neutralization; preservation with emulsifiable or non-emulsifiable oil.The process consists in the pickling of the parts before the painting process, while applying a 1- 2 µm phosphate layer which ensures a better adhesion of the paint to the piece. - The waste waters resulting from this process are treated and neutralized in the own neutralization installation so that the parameters of the waste water fall within the legal limits. The grinding is done in the mechanized installation of browning, by immersing the pieces (placed in baskets) in a flow that includes: - degreasing; etching; browning; oil preservation
