This is a 2015 Autodesk Inventor .IPT file which *can* be used to create a general tank/vessel model. It includes an iLogic form for tank sizing. Right now with this version, you can adjust the tube length, the diameter, and the straight flange height. I've included four planes you can work with. I developed it after realizing the efforts to make a tank model can be an uphill battle. This is the fourth(!) version I have produced and I think it's generic enough to be released. *** DISCLAIMER *** I make no claims, guarantees or assurances about the tanks designed using this wizard. That said, this model does use a 2:1 elliptical head model that may or may not be close to ASME approximations for the shape. It's likely that whatever vessel you construct using this wizard will probably be NON-ASME coded.
