Directly off of a 2005 Silverado 1500 5.3L It should be the same for all 1999-2005 LS based truck motors. Modeled to represent the pulley at exactly 1/2 of its overall travel. These tensioners have 90 degrees of overall travel. This model is as accurate as I could get it with calipers. I used it successfully to make an alternator relocation bracket so it is accurate enough for that. Enjoy.
