Tethered Bottle Cap with Snap-Back Clip – PCO 1881 (28 mm PET neck) – Concept (not print-tested) · 模型 219278
An alternative to the EU tethered caps (Directive 2019/904) that keep hitting your nose while drinking. The cap stays attached to the tamper-evident ring with a short tether band offset by 45°, and a small hook on the skirt is meant to snap under the bottle's support ring when the cap is flipped ~190° down, so it stays out of the way. - Neck standard: PCO 1881 (28 mm, for example most 0.5 L soft-drink / malt-drink PET bottles), dimensions checked against a real bottle. - Files: cap, TE ring with tether band, closed assembly in STL and STEP formats; parametric CadQuery source available on request. - Status: CONCEPT, NOT PRINT-TESTED yet. Hinge kinematics and snap engagement are unverified. - Print tips: PETG body and TPU tether (95A), add 0.2 to 0.3 mm thread clearance. Not food-certified and not for pressurised use.
