Using safety belt and hook reel spring balancer to restraint the astronauts to the nearby work area in the desire position. When astronauts need to fix the body orientation use the hook to lock to the belt on both side. The constant load of the balancer will pull the astronaut toward to the mounting plan that allow the astronaut to resist the only small pull force of the balancer. The idea is to use all the standard part and mechanism to reduce the cost of new part and easily replacing when needed.
