This is a GoPro mount for the chainstays of a mountain bike. I have always wanted to mount a GoPro to the chainstay or seatstay of my bike. However, because the way mountain bike chainstays and seatstays are shaped it makes it really difficult to mount a GoPro there. GoPro does make a mount that you could stick to you bike. In my opinion they do not look that good, are hard to remove, and are not really reusable. The mount I designed is attached using zip-ties so it is easy to remove and reusable. I decided that it would be made out of 3003 grade aluminium. I chose aluminum because it is strong but also light and provides good corrosion resistance. More specifically I choose 3003 grade aluminium because it is easier to work with than some other aluminums. The estimated usd of this produced would be something like $30.99. It would be available in multiple colors.
