I have made this ultimate puzzle in mahogny wood. Its looks just stunning I think. The first versions was made of POM and later plywood and looked decent too. The drawings is with 0,2mm of slop build in. The drawings is for 8mm thick material but I have scaled (Derived) it so I could cut it in 9,2mm wood which was what I had when. It is a nice little project if you own a CNC router.
