Sorrow is something I have always carried with me. As a child and adolescent I was shamed by my family for feeling more than I should, and for channeling my melancholy into my art. Unyielding I continued to sublimate my depression, melancholy and despair and transformed into a beautiful sadness called The Sorrow.
