A DIY thermoformer made from MDF and plywood with a laser cutter. The heater is a Swiss raclette device (modified to be able to go higher in temperature) which can be replaced by any type of thermostatic device of 1400W or more. Be careful to protect the inside of the heater box with aluminum plates and heat resistant adhesive to avoid any risk of fire.
