3D CAD model of the OPT101 ACTIVE Monolithic Photodiode and Single-Supply Transimpedance Amplifier produced by Texas Instruments. I saw another model for this online, but created my own to more accurately display the internal characteristics of the chip. I needed to create a photorealistic render for a product using this chip. The external dimensions match the datasheet for the chip, but the internal components were drawn using a reference photo of the chip. This is best used in the context of creating a realistic 3D render.
