Remove quite simply these dangerous pests: Push the knob, apply the tweezers preferably closely to the skin, turn the tick carefully off (approx. 2 up to 3 turns) and pull it carefully away. Notes: Recommended materials: Housing made of »ABS« Knob made of »POM« Tweezers made of »POM« Compression spring made of »Spring Steel« The calculated data of my compression spring: Shear modulus (spring steel): 81425 N/mm^2 Permissible shear stress: 1015 N/mm^2 Wire diameter: 0.6 mm Outer coil diameter: 8 mm Neutral length: 26.5 mm Number of springy coils: 6 Number of total coils: 8 The model is available in following data formats: STEP-file (.step) of the complete assembly and all native files (.prt) and (.asm), together in a (.7z)-folder, for users of »PTC Creo Parametric 2.0«
