Function: Lets people experience tiny living by having separate spaces suitable to their essential needs (ex: living-room, bedroom, etc), without having to compromise on living space, storage, entertainment capability, and luxury (like they would in a tiny home). Form: ‘Tiny Spaces’ is designed with beautiful materials such as aluminum, wood, and glass so that it is both efficient and modern in its appearance. With glass panels as the key feature, natural light is utilized to make people feel confident, cozy, and spacious all at the same time. Sustainability: This product has been designed from start to end in a way that there is minimal waste of materials Ex: The deck is customized so that pieces of four by eight (4’ * 8’) plywood exactly fit without any extra amount remaining. Other than the design, materials have been chosen to be sustainable as well: Aluminum is one of the finest and most environment-friendly materials as it is corrosion resistant and is infinitely recyclable. Wood is strong, beautiful, and sustainable Glass is also an admirable material due to its longevity, look, and the ability to be reused. Quality: ‘Tiny Spaces’ is a high-quality product which can be seen through the use of materials and its engineering Engineering: Includes auto tint windows with film for two things: ensure privacy and prevent birds strikes Has shed roofs to make plumbing easy These spaces are flat pack, making transportation and assembly effortless Materials: Aluminum is durable, light weight, and an excellent heat and electricity conductor Wood is the only building material that helps tackle climate change. It is important to remove carbon from the atmosphere as well as reduce new carbon emissions going into the atmosphere. Glass is a resistant material and one of the very few examples where the same material can be recycled over and over again without loss of quality. Low Price: A rough estimate of price that seems feasible is $22,000 per space (assembly time of forty hours is included) How this price was selected: Tiny homes cost around $25,000 with the interior and exterior material. Since my spaces have the same dimensions as a regular tiny home, but interior items are not included, the price is kept at $22,000 per space.
