A few years ago, I calculated and made a gear pair for the 6th gear on a Tomos APN4 motorcycle for a colleague. I specified the module 1.5 and the centerdistance is 43.5 mm of original gears. Then I draw new gears, according to the desired gear ratio. The kisssoft program was used. Due to clearance, gear 1 is slightly larger and gear 2 is slightly smaller.
