This bike hanger is made to hang your race / gravel bike up on the ceiling, rear wheel towards a wall. It is the 5th iteration of some trial and error with the generative design feature in Autodesk Fusion 360. All material properties were entered into Fusion as they were described in the datasheet of the used UV resin. To properly design the hook, I tested different resins printed in an Elegoo Saturn 4 Ultra DLP-resin-printer. The longest lasting one that I had was the Elegoo ABS-like 3.0 resin, but it has to be used cautiously: Every cured resin creeps slowly when under permanent load. Therefore I recommend to change the hook once a year. The one I used lasted more than one year without breaking, but it deformed downwards around 7mm over this span of time (with a 10kg bike). As you may see, I sadly don't have photos of the latest iteration, only of the first; however, this should be enough to illustrate the intended mounting. The hexagon pattern in the wall groove is to be faced downwards, so dirt and humidity from the rear tire can flow down and won't collect on the wall. To mount both, the hook and the wallpiece, I used a total of eight drywall screws (around 3mm in diameter and 25mm of length).
