This is a Thin Quad Flat No-Lead surface-mount package. This model features 24 contacts around the perimeter plus an exposed central thermal pad. The model was drawn against a couple of manufacturer datasheets, with my usual pinch of artistic licence. As always, my models represent the worst-case (largest) dimensions listed in the datasheets. Their orientations meet my personal standard, so I can use pick-and-place data from my E-CAD software to place models in my PCB designs. The body has come out a little darker than intended; I'll correct the model when I figure out why FreeCAD is doing this too me.
