What's included: - 8300 x 2800 mm timber platform, deck at 4400 mm, on steel V-posts, glulam beams, joists and cable-hung cross beams suspended from the pine - Cabin with asymmetric gable roof, layered walls (ventilated thermowood cladding, timber frame, sheep wool insulation, spruce lining), glazed doors with raked transoms, corner windows and built-in furniture - Two-flight timber stair with landing, mesh guardrails, steel slide with start deck, board swing and nest swing - Longitudinal steel braces and a braced landing post - BIM data on every element: IFC classes, materials, density, mass, thermal and strength properties, estimated U-values Built with FreeCAD and IfcOpenShell. Clash-checked and IFC-validated. Important: this is a visual and educational model. No structural analysis, connection design or code check was performed, and many material values are flagged for verification. It is NOT construction-ready. Any real build needs a licensed structural engineer, an arborist's assessment and local permits.
