The boomerang is glued together from two layers of 3mm thick plywood. I put steel balls or other heavy material into the holes at the ends for better flight properties. I personally cut the plywood with a laser, I am attaching a template file for printing the template, ATTENTION, the part is not symmetrical, it is thrown by the longest end.
