Very simple drive unit for manufacturing.Three same cycloidal stages with a gear ratio 512:1.very compact design.With a little change of the spur gear stage from 2:1 to 3:1 we can achieve total gear ratio 1536:1. It is mean the drive unit is quite ajustable. Gear Ratio on Drive unit. Cycloidal stage – gear ratio 8:1 Spur Gear Stage – 2:1 Total gear ratio = 8*8*8*2=1024 At input speed from 1000(1024) RPM. Output speed 1 RPM.
