This project presents an innovative approach to cryogenic heat exchanger design through additive manufacturing (AM) technology. By leveraging the geometric freedom of AM and the efficiency of Triply Periodic Minimal Surface (TPMS) structures, this design aims to achieve exceptional thermal performance while maintaining manufacturability and cost-effectiveness. Due to some hardware and software limitations, I was not able to run verification simulations. This design concept must be further developed and optimized, but the general design concept and its manufacturability are the core of this innovation.
