A turbojet engine consists of the following main components: Air Intake – Draws in atmospheric air and directs it into the compressor. Compressor – Increases the pressure of the incoming air using a series of rotating and stationary blades. Combustion Chamber – Fuel is injected and burned with the compressed air, producing high-temperature, high-pressure gases. Turbine – Extracts energy from the hot gases to drive the compressor. Exhaust Nozzle – Accelerates the remaining gases out the back of the engine to produce thrust.
