It is composed of shaft with a urine wheel on one end and compressor wheel on the other end. They are covered by a housing. The exhaust gas enters the turbine housing hen it is driven by kinetic energy therfore compressor wheel start rotating at the same speed. Consequently compressor wheel draws air and compresses it then the air passes through the outlet port and supply it to the engine.
