I Designed a functional jet engine prototype in SolidWorks, showcasing precision engineering. This Jet engine prototype in SolidWorks was design with a goal of getting 110 kg thrust. It has five stages axial compressor for better air compression ratio with fuel. The main challenge i faced in this project was to simulate the Airflow through the Engine as it was time taking and one simple error can cause the simulation to restart from zero which in my opinion is a worst thing to deal with, but somehow i overcome this difficulty. I implemented the advanced modeling solutions for improved aerodynamics and performance, showcasing my expertise in propulsion system design.
