Inspired by my previous project, a model of a TURN BUCKLE with threads of M5 and a pitch of 0.8 mm. Two hexagonal nuts allow a save fixation after turning to the wished length. The stroke, shown in my animation, is 20 mm. As always, the threads are really modeled with theoretical values (I don't like cosmetic threads), but all of them without any clearance. The model is available in following data formats: STEP-file (.stp) of the complete assembly and all native files (.prt) and (.asm), together in a (.7z)-folder, for users of »PTC Creo Parametric 2.0«
