This is my custom 133cc single-cylinder two-stroke engine, designed and built from scratch as a personal engineering project. The engine has a 58 mm bore and 50.5 mm stroke, giving a displacement of approximately 133.4 cc. The entire engine was modeled in SolidWorks, and most of its main components were designed and manufactured specifically for this project. The main goal of this project was not only to design a working engine in CAD, but also to manufacture as many components as possible myself using conventional workshop equipment.
